Hybrid search over indexed code or doc chunks

The user invoked /search with arguments: $ARGUMENTS

The first whitespace-delimited token selects the kind:

code <query...> → call index_search with query=<rest>.
docs <query...> → call index_search with query=<rest>.
Anything else (or empty) → default to code and use the entire $ARGUMENTS as the query.
